The latest and greatest WordPress version yet was released yesterday! WordPress 5.3, named “Kirk” is the most refined user experience with the improved block editor yet.
Maybe the most important thing about this release for us is the PHP 7.4 Compatibility. As PHP 7.4 is set to be release by the end of this month, WordPress 5.3 aims to fully support PHP 7.4. This release contains multiple changes to remove deprecated functionality and ensure compatibility which in turn saves us huge amount of maintenance time.
